I just had my first appointment with Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry and I couldn't be happier. From the very first phone call into their office, the communication leading up to the appointment, and the appointment itself - I was extremely impressed with the staff. The dentist I met with was Dr. Tom and he has a wonderful bedside manner. He explained things to me very clearly and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of things I didn't need. The hygienist was amazing. One of the best I've ever had in fact. I knew I was overdue on my cleaning by a couple months and she didn't lecture me on poor hygiene - which I had found with previous hygienists. I just moved to Palm Springs and finding trusted health services can be extremely painful - and I'm thrilled I was connected with this team!

Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry are beyond doubt the finest cosmetic and family dentistry group in the inland empire. Dr. Sheppard and his team have taken care of my family for almost 10 years now. Two words say it all. Quality and caring. Their equipment is state-of-the-art, their staff kind and efficient. They coordinate the appointments for you, they love what they do., And it shows in the high caliber and consistently first rate quality of the work. After 10 years, I would never go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a cosmetic dentist you can do no better than Dr. Sheppard. Update: I wrote the review above four years ago. I’m writing this short update to inform you that I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shepard’s for 14 years now. He and his entire team have consistently demonstrated their dedication to providing the best possible dental care. The test of time is a powerful indicator of a business’s worth, and Dr. Shepard and his team have maintained a level of excellence that I believe warrants mention in this update.
